THE LIBERTE DISASTER.
OFFICERS EXONERATED. By Teleermo'i—Press Association—CoDVtlebl (Rec. December 23, 0.10 a.m.) Paris, December 22. The court-martial has exonerated the officers of the battleship Liberte, wrecked by an explosion at Toulon, though Captain Jaurcs and Commander Joubert's action in absenting themselves from the vessel was irregular. The Court eulogised the gallantry of Litcn, Goarnicr, and Bignon.
