The police havo made ten arrests of suspects. Several persons were beaten, as well as robbed. LARGE THEFT OF COIN. Paris, December 21. Four armed robbers shot a bank messenger at llontmartre, stole, twenty thousand francs in coin and a hundred thousand in securities, and then escaped in a motor-car.
