At Winnipeg the grain elevators am full to the roofs' owing to the railways being unable to deal with the congestion. Thousands of tons of grain are stacked in the sti'Ctts of country towns, as they cannot be shipped. Farmers in several places fought io be the first to get their grain dispatched. The loss will be heavy.
