The Archduke IJcnry Ferdinand, a brother of the ex-Crown Princess Louise of Saxony'(divorced by her husband, the present King of Saxony, in 1003) has fallen in lore with a Bourgeois beauty. The Emperor, Franz Josef of Austria, has refused to allow a marriage to take place, and has granted the Archduke indefinite leave of absence from bis regiment in order to pursue art stutlies.
