Air. Byron Brown, who ia continuing a tigoroua campaign m the Opposition interest, met 'a large number 91 electors at Waihoanga on Tuesday evening, many of those present having to ride a considerable distance over rough country. The candidate received a good hearing and was accorded a hearty voto of thanks for his ablo, instructive, anil interesting address, the motion being moved by Mr. R. C. Dunn, seconded by Mr. N. Pro use. A hearty vote of thanks was also accorded Mr. 11. I. Beauchamp, I'h© chairman.
