Under tho will of tho late Caroline, Countess of Seafield, tho estates will in futuro follow tho title, nnd have been left in trust fur the present carl, formerly of Timaru, New Zealand, who is entitled to reside in one or both houses, llis income will bo increased, and when ho dies the estates will go to his successor. Tho will provides for numerous legacies to public institutions, estate officials, relatives, and servants.
