CANADIAN STEAMER LOST.
AID' SUMMONED BY WIRELESS. By Telctraph—Press Association— Copyright Vancouver, October IC. The Canadian Pacific Railway Company's steamer Princess Beatrice (12!)0 tons gross) went ashoro at Noble Island. Wireless telegraphy was utilised in summoning assistance. In response to the call, the steamer Venture arrived on the scene, and took off the Princess Beatrice's passengers, numbering 300. Tho Princess Beatrice is a total loss.
