Thames, gave some visitors carbolid v acid'in mistake for wine. Mr. Hubert Burrough, a member of tho Stock Exchange, succumbed to tho poison, and three others aro in a critical condition. (Rec. October 13, 1.25 a.m.) London, October 12. Tho poisoning tragedy on the Bougainville occurred at a gathering to drink success to the vessel's voyage to Australia. The captain and three others aro progressing favourably, but one of the sufferers is in a critical condition,
