On Saturday, at Miramar, tho Brooklyn Ha,nriera decided their annual ten-mile open amateur cross-country handicap. Thirteen runners faced tho starter out of an entry of twenty-three. W. Power (off lOmin. 30sec.) led. from the start, and at tho five miles had a lead of lOsec. from R. Reid (lOmin. liandicap), A. Olivor, I'oynton. V. Byrno following in that orcfttr. Pinckcey, Vaujro, and Bennett dropped
