DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MINISTERS "WHEN THE COLLISION COMES." By Telegraph-Prccs Aesoctetion-CoD.vrisht London, September 22. Mr. Abe Bailey, tho well-known millionaire sportsman, is returning to South Africa, 110 will seek to enter the Union Parliament. In an interview he accused Mr. Steyn of trying to causo a split between Generals Botha and Hortzog, and added that tho Dutch would bo tho worst sufferers by a Hertzog-Steyn combination.
Cape Town, September 22. General Hertzog, Union Minister for Justice, in a speech at Erruelo, _said:— "When tho collision comes it will not bo between tho Dutch and British, but between tho Africanders and those not born in South Africa."
General Hertzog admits that there are differences between the Union Ministers, and adds that if he is unable to agree with General Botha ho will resign. But that step is ot present unnecessary.
