; 0 INSURANCE FIGURES. Of the five houses burned at Hataitai on Tuesday night, the four owned by Messrs. Bird Brothers were insured in the Alliance Office for <£300 each. Mr. Hall's house was not insured, neither was his furniture. Mr. o'Kane's furnituro was insured for £75 in the Phoenix Office. It is reported that Mr. Godfrey's furniture was uninsured.
