'Thomas Caslake, of Finchley, was lined £5 and £1 Bs. costs at tho Highgate Police Court for acting ns a passago broker without having a license. Tho Board of Trade prosecuted at the instance, of Mr. T. A. Coghlnn, AgentGeneral for New South Wales, Mr. Coghlan finding it necessary to .protect intending emigrants.
