Remarking on tho fact that' the feeding value' of whey is not sufficiently appreciated by' patrons of cheese factories a Canadian.writer say.v.that occasionally a patron is found who. is making good use of the whey in feeding pigs and ho will almost always say it is the cheapest pig-food available. The Ontario Agricultural College 'In's proved by experiments' wifb three batches of pigs that on the basis worked 7501b. of whey is equal to 1001b. of -grain. This being, so farmers can well'afford to haul away the whey.
