IN ARBITRATION CASES. In the Arbitration Court yesterday, llr. Grenfell had occasion to refer lo one or two details ; in the Electrical Workers' recommendations which (ho stated) the employers would liko the Court to alter. This moved Mr. Justice Sim to remark that the drafting ■ of these documents seemed to bo getting worse instead of better. Mr. Grenfell replied that ho was not responsible for that—he was endeavouring to assist tho Court by pointing out what appeared to bo detects. His Honour observed, by way of reply, that he did not blame Mr. Grenfell, who had always tried to assist the Court, but the drafting of these documents was really shocking.
