< ;—. A BOY'S OPINION. In a "separation" case in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, a littlo boy was being examined by one of the lawyers on tho subject of the husband's haliits. "Does he como 'homo drunk?" asked tho lawyer. "Yes,"'replied the boy, "You remember the row on the eighteenth ?" "Yes, sir." "Was ho drunk then?" "Yes, sir." "When is a nian drunk?" ' "When ho is under tho Muenco of liquor." ''Under tho influence of liquor, you think? How much?" "When ho has had lnoro than ho can stand." "And how much can .ho stand?" Tho littlo fellow hesitated, and then said: "llnw much do you think?" Mr. ijiddcU. S.M.: "I don't think that is a fair question to ask him." Counsel: "Very well, your Worship."
