ME. NEWMAN'S BILL. Tho Hereditary Titles Prevention Bill, introduced in tho House of Kopresentntives by Mr. Newman, was circulated last night. The operative clause is as: follows:—"It is hereby declared that dignities and titles of honour granted or created after the passing of this Act shall not bo deemed in New Zealand to :e incorporeal hereditaments, and that the issue of any person resident in flow /sealand on whom any dignity or title ol honour shall hereafter bo conferred fliau in New Zealand have no other rank or privilege than lie would have had it sueli dignity or title of honour had not been bo conferred."
