GOOD OUTLOOK IN NEW SOUTH WALES, By Telegraph—Press Associatlon-OoDyriehl Sydney, July 22. Timely rains have greatly improved crop prospects in the State, especially for wheat. There is likely to be a large increase of area laid down in crops in some districts. In moving tho adoption of the report at the meeting of shareholders of the City Bank, the chairman said the late rains had pretty well assured that the next season would be a good- one.
