SLOW PROGRESS MADE. By TelecraDh—Press Association—Oosyrtehl Sydney, Juno 20. The hearing of the shearers' application for at award in the shearing industry is dragging along. Mr. Justice Higgins remarked that the case looked liko stretching over till the crack of doom.
