BRITISH BY-ELECTION CASE. ' Bs Tetecraph—Press Association—OoDjrlebl London, June 19. Tho Judges inquiring into the West Ham election have decided that the election agent for Mr. C. 1 ,, . Masterman, the successful Liberal candidate, who is Under-Secretary in tho Homo Department, was guilty of corrupt practice, and knowingly returned untruo election expenses. Judgment will be given to-morrow.
