CONDEMNED BY ADMIRALS. By Triecraph-Press Association-OoDyrlshl ~'• ~' - London, June 19. Admiral Lord Charles Beresford presided over a private conference of Admirals, which unanimously condemned the' Declaration of London. Admiral Beres.ford, in his message convening the meeting, said the danger staring' Britain in the face was not invasion', but starvation.
