MARINE CASE REOPENED.
« LOSS OF THE NEW GUINEA. By Telecraoh—Press Association—OopyrieW (Rco. June 20, 9.20 p.m.) Sydney, Juno 20. The Lieutenant-Governor, Sir F. J[. Dnrley, has ordered the reopening of the Marine Court inquiry into the loss of the steamer New Guinea, as a result of which the captain's ticket was suspended for six months, to see if a miscarriage of. justice has occurred. This is the first reopening of a marine case on record.
