NEW SOUTH WALES BILL. By Tolefrrapn-Presa Assoeiation-OoDyrieht Sydney, Juno 15. In the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Beeby, Minister for Public Works, proposed the second reading of the Industrial Arbitration Bill. He said he confidently looked forward to the day when strikes would cease. A long discussion is promised.
