(Specially written for The Dominion.) SATURDAY. Mulligatawny Soup. Grilled Chops. Potato Leeks.. SUNDAY. Julienne Soup, lioast J3eef, llorso-raddi-li Sauce. Dnkeil Potatoes. Artichokes. I'ig Pudding, suppjck. Cold Beef. Babbit Shape. Salad. Apple Tart. Cream. JIULLIGATAAVNY SOUP. Two pint's stock, licit. butler, ljo*. (lour, 1 dpsserlspoonlul of curry powder, 1 uosof chutney, t apple, 1 onion, 1 of lemon-juice, 1 teaspnonful ot sugar, J tcacupful of rice; salt to taste. Chop the onion and apple finely, Irv ill the butter a nice brown, then uotl ciirrv powder, chutney, and flour,- mix well' together, then add t'ho stock gradualiv stirring well; add the other ingredients. Stir until it boils. Simmer 20 minutes. Ssrvc the rice in the soup.
