RESERVOIR COLLAPSES.
EIGHT PERSONS DROWNED. Bj Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrlzhl. (Rec. May 29, f1.30 p.m.) Rome, May 29. By the collapse of tho parapet of a new reservoir at Leari eight persons were drowned, and six others rescued with great difficulty. The populace attempted to lynch the Mayor, who was blamed by them for the faulty construction of the reservoir. Tho architect has been arrested.
