JURORS IN DISCOMFORT.
A REMEDY SOUGHT. One of the hardships of jutyin.cn was mentioned at the Supreme Court yesterday. The Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) was discharging' waiting jurors for the day when Mr: 11. C. Tevsloy, speaking on'their behalf,;.ccmi plained of the lack of accommodation in the way of a waiting room in the court building. Ho ?aid that during tho.coldtKwet.wcather of last week tho jurors had no place to leave their umbrellas and overcoats. It seemed to them that some accommodation should bo provided, especially when it was considered that frequently, they were only relieved from , attendance for half an hour, and could not very well get away from the court. It would he a great convenience if they could have a place where 'they might sit down and transact business. The Chief Justice said he quite agreed with what had been said, and he thought thnt one of the upstairs robins could be reserved for tho jurors. Ho promised to see that the matter was attended to. ____^_ m ____ n
