URGED TO ABDICATE.
THE MOORISH THRONE. Bs Telceraoh-Presa Association-Oopyrieht (Rec. May 13, 1 a.m.) Tangier, May 12. The inhabitants of old Fez have urged the Sultan Mulai Hand to abdicate, in favour of Mulai el Zin who was recently proclaimed Sultan at Mckinez. Mulai el Zin has issued a proclamation in which he urges the Gliavb tribe to join' him against Mulai Hand and accuses the latter of selling his country to the French general.
General Dalbiez, who is commanding the. Algerian field brigade, is traversing the country between Rabat and El Kumimia with a force of 1500 men.
