ft INSTALLATION OF TURKISH JUDGES. By TtilecraDh—Press Association—Oopyrieht (Rec. May 12, 10.55 p.m.) London, May 12. Router's correspondent at Canea, Crete, reports that the decision of Turkey to send a number of cadis, or judges, to Crete has led to three thousand inhabitants of Canea assembling in protest. It was resolved to prevent tho landing, as it was argued that the appointments were contrary to the Cretan Constitutions as recognised by tho Powers. There have been no cadis in Crete for eleven years.
