FULL-DRESS PAKADE. A full-dress parade of the sth Wellino ton Eifles, under Licut.-Colonel AV. .G. Duthie, was hold last oveuinK. There was a muster of 350 of all ranks. After inspection at tbe Garrison. Hall, the battalion marched through tho streets, headed |>y the Garrison Band, and returned to the Drill Hall, whore- tliey were dismissed. Tho regiment will also parade on Sunday morning at nine o'clock, at the old drill shed in llaginnity Street, for the purpose of attending divino service. Dress: Full-dress, with sidearms only. Thoso not ablo to. parade in scarlet iuay appear in khaki.
