The "Daily Telegraph" statps that the Anglo-American Peace Convention .will probably ba jsigned in a fortnight. It will include an arrangement whereby a special agreement will be made in each case wherein the disputed matter's will be clearly defined. Great Britain reserves the right before concluding a special agreement affecting the vital interests of a self-governing Dominion to obtain the concurrence of that Dominion's Government.
