TURKISH COMMISSION'S REPORT. By Telegraph—Press Association-Oopyrieht (Reo. May 3, 0.25 a.m.), Constantinople, May 2. The Artillery Commission, 1 which has visited England, France, and Germany, has reported unanimously that naval guns constructed on the ArmstrongVickers' system are immeasurably superior to Continental weapons.
