NEW PENSIONS ACT. By Telegraph-Press Associattcn-Copyrislit London, March 31. , The Financial Secretary to the Treasury, Mr. C. E. has introduced in the House of Common? a Bill amending the Colonial Governors' Pensions Act. It provides for. pensions not exceeding .£I3OO a year for colonial Governors who have completed ten years' service and have attained the ago of sixty years or are in ill-health.
