CO-PARTNERSHIP NEEDED. Dy Telegraph—Press Association-Oopyrieht London, Jiarch 31. Lord Robert Cecil, at a meeting of the Labour Co-partnership Association, said the relations between Capital and Labour in Great; Britain constituted a serious social danger. The only possible remedy was co-partnership, which would be valuable from all points of view.
