MINERS AND OWNERS.
SATISFACTORY SETTLEMENT, (By Tclegraph.-Pross Association.) Greyinouth March 30. The Blackball coal mine owners' manifesto was submitted to a large meeting of the industrial union of workers to-day. At a later meeting of the men's representatives and the management, a satisfactory settlement was arrived at. "NOT GOING TO SHUT ME UP."
