YACHTING.
'A general meeting of the Port Nicholson Yacht Club is to be held at the Boat Harbour, Shed 43, on Friday next, when business of an important nature is to be placed before the members. Amongst other items of business appear the receiptfor discussion of the auditor's report for the season 1903-10, and the election of committeemen to fill vacancies now existing. ; There.-is no doubt .that this season yachting in Wellington has received a great impetus, and the prospects of building up a magnificent fleet of yachts heie seems very hopeful.
