RESTRICTION NOT WANTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—OopyTieht (Rec. March 20, 10.30 p.m.) , Vienna, March 20. Count Khuen Hedevary, Premier of Hungary, declared that it is unnecessary to propose to Italy the restriction of armaments. Both countries were fully convinced of the other's peaceful intentions.
