Renaux has aeroplaned e distance of 210 miles with a passenger to the summit of Pny-de-Dome, the well-known mountain in Central Franco, 4813 feet high, in five hours, winning the Mochelin prizo of <£4000. The airmen wore telephono helmets, enabling them to discuss routes.
