DREADNOUGHT CONSTRUCTION By Telegraph—Preus Association-Copyright London, March 7, In tho House of Commons, tho First Lord of tlio Admiralty, Mr. Reginald M'Kenna, replying to Mr. Robert Harcourt, Liberal member for Montrose Burghs, said that Germany in tho spring of 1913 would have ' seventeen Dreadnoughts delivered, and, assuming that tho ships of the 1911-12 programme were delivered within three years after authorisation, iliQ would have twenty-one Dreadnoughts delivered by (lie spring of 1914.
The comparative figures of Dreadnoughts were presented by Mr. Asquith last year as follow:— Great Britain, Germany.
