CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL.

A TENDEE ACCEPTED. Tenders for the erection of the new Children's Hospital were considered yesterday by the Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, in committee. Afterwards the chairman (Mr. J. G.. W. Aitken) stated that the lowest tender had been accepted, but declined to make any further announcement. It is reported on good authority that Messrs. Watts Bros., builders of Wellington, were the successful tenderers, and that fifteen tenders in all were submitted. '
