THE GLASGOW WHABF FATALITY. At the meeting of.the Harbour Board last evening the chairman stated that Messrs.' Fitzgibbon and Perry, solicitors for Mrs. E. J. Baillic, widow of an employee of the New Zealand Shipping Co., who was killed recently, had served en the board a writ in connection with an action for the recovery of from the board on account of the laral accident to her husband on the Glav,'W Wharf on November 12, 1910.
