' Tho harbourmaster at Fremantle conducted a preliminary inquiry into the loss of tho Parisiana, which was burnt in December last in tho Indian Ocean. Ho found that no blame was attachable to the captain, officers, or crew. On the other hand, their efforts to extinguish the lire were commendable. Tho Colonial Secretary has approved the finding, and no further action in tho matter will be taken;
