FIRE ON A MAIL STEAMER.
; CARGO DAMAGED. By Tclcsraph-Prcss Assoclation-Copyrieht Perth, February 2. A fire, the cause of which is unknown, broko out on board the German mail steamer Barbarossn two days before she reached Fremantle. A quantity of Australian cargo was damaged by fire and water. Tho outbreak was not subdued until several plates had 'been buckled.
