' Counsel for tho owners asked the court to say that the loss of the vessel was not due to want of stability, and was no fault of the owners. Counsel for tho Board of Trade did not think it was a sound view that tho builders' responsibility ended in constructing, a vessel from tho owner's plans. There was much conflicting evidence relative to the correspondence. between the captain and the owners 'and as to "the condition of lifeboats. ' L .t ■ ■ Judgment will be delivered on February 15.
