(Specially written for Tim Dominion.) FRIDAY. ■'Fried flounders. . Potatoes. Vegetable marrow. Peaches an gratiii. •' TEACHES AU G'RATIN. One tin of peaches,' breadcrumbs, butter; sugar, lemon juice. '• Choose a flat dish, ; btittcr it well, ar- ' range, the halves of peaches on it neatly, convex side upwards, and fill up the .spaces with fine breadcrumbs. Mix with tlio syrup from the peaches. . a cqueeze. of lemon' juice, and a little sugar!- Pour over the peaches, and cover, them with breadcrumbs. Put bits of butter all over the top, or cover ■'with" oiled butter. Put the dish in a ; quick : 'brer, and brown nicely.. Serve with:cream or custard. ■ ! FOR TO-MORROW. Cold mutton. . Tomatoes. Pastry. Sago. Apricots! FOR SUNDAY. Two pounds tomatoes, ■ stock, forequarter of lamb, mint, fruit for salad, half, a cup of figs or dates. . FOR SUPPER. .. Five or six sheep's tongues, salad, sponge, finger, biscuits,- half a pint. of. cream, jelly.
