Mr. Neilsen replied that he would punch tho speaker's nose, and rushed at Mr. Price. The Premier (Mr. M'Gowen) and others interfered, and Mr. Neilsen contented himself with using an expression which called for withdrawal and apology, CLOSURE FREQUENTLY APPLIED. (Rec. December 14, 9.30 p.m.) Sydney, December 14. During, the later stages if tho Assembly's sitting tho Estimates wore under discussion, and the closure was frequently applied. Tho discussion of the Electoral Reform Bill was taken in the evening, tlie Government showing a strong determination ■to push the business through.
