; EXCELLENT PROGK AMiiE. The seventh.annual show of the. Fcilding Industrial, Agricultural and Pastoral Association will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 7 and 8, on the beautifully-appointed Feilding racecourse. From its inception, tho Feildiug Show has.always been a most successful function, and .one which has done credit to such' a progressive district possessing vast agricultural and pastoral resources. 'A glance: through the schedules nou'.beim? issued by the secretary, Ml'.. E. H. Fisher, shows that all classes in stock, dairy produce, vegetables, aiid fruit, homo industries, school garden competitions, aiid ring, events', have been very well catered for. The prize money offered exceeds ,£750, exclusive of. some very valuablu trophies and points prizes, chief of which are fronv Messrs. "W. and T. Duncan, E. Newman, M.P., Lister Sheep Shearing Company. (Levin and. Co:),', Wanganui Meat Freezing Company, Bafraud and Abraham, New Zealand. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., J. Campion, Quibell Shc-ep Dip Company, and Murton and Co. , ... ;,. •-. *Tn-the ring events, for which there is liberal' prize money, ;it is noticeable that the hunters' competition on-the' second day runs into £30, exclusive of the challenge cun. Entries will close on Friday, January" 20, with the secretary, Mr. Fislfer, .or with the secretaries of fedred associations, from whom schedules may be obtained.
