Bell, Gully, Bel], and Myers, claiming £2000 damages for a libel alleged to be contained in a cartoon published in the "New Zealand Times" of that date. The complaint is mainly to the effect that tho cartoon is alleged to convey an innuendo connecting Mr. Massoy* with tho distribution of a pamphlet' which was recently a subject of discus-' - sion in Parliament.
