ATHLETIC MEETING.
The combined Baptist Young Men's Bible classes of the Wellington district held a very successful sports meeting at Day's Bay on Saturday afternoon. The Vivian Street class succeeded in winning the Christie Challenge Cup, with 26 points, Brooklyn being second with 19 points, and Berhampore third with 15 points. The events resulted as follow:—

440 Yards.—H. Roberts, 1; H.-Netr-ton, 2: A. Donovan. 3. Half Mile Walk.—A. Nees, 1; H. Grigg, 2; E. Noes, 3. Long Jump.—T. Young, 1; R. Caigou, 2; H. Roberts, 3. Half Milo Ladies' Bracelet.—H. Roberts, 1; T. Anton," 2; T. Young, 3. One Mile Walk.—A. Nees, 1; J. Hilton, 2; E. Rouatree, 3.
