AUSTRALIA'S NAVY.
ITS FOUNDATION CELEBRATED. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. (Reo. November 25, .8.55 p.m.) Perth, November 25. The crews of tho Commonwealth destroyers Yarra and Parramatta, recently arrived from London, were given a rousing welcomo at a great gathering attended by Ministers and leading citizens. Tho festivities included an official welcome by tho Mayor, "and a torchlight : procession. Congratulatory speeches on tho Australian Navy movement were delivered. The Australian Natives' Association presented each destroyer with a kangaroo as a pet, and the Boy Scouts presented a flag.
