BOILERMAKERS' LOCK-OUT.
UNIONS TO GIVE ASSISTANCE. By Telegraph-Press Association-Oopyrislit. (Rec. November 25, 10.30 p.m.) London, November 25. The Council of the Federation of Trade Unions has resolved to extend union benefits to the boilermakers in accordance with rule seven, and will appeal to the trade unions for financial assistance for the locked-out men.
