The steamer Rael, from the Islands, brings news of a serious plot at Timor Dilli, arising out of tho action of tho '. Republican Governor of Timor Dilli and... the commander of tho local Portuguese gunboat. The supposed reason, is tha,t those officials had Monarchist sympathies, and were wilfully delaying the proclamation of the Portuguese Republic.
